At eXPD8, we're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you'll work with high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands, ensuring the effective setup of fixtures, attractive product displays, and well-stocked shelves.

This role involves working across various categories, including ad-hoc tasks. Your confirmed working days/hours are 15, with a mix of Monday to Thursday and Friday, and Tuesday and Wednesday. You'll also be required to undertake ad-hoc work as agreed.

To excel in this position, you'll need to:

  • Comply with merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety guidance.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

To be successful, you'll require:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and use your initiative to find solutions.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car.
