Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Marston Holdings. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our services and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the quality of customer interactions across all channels, including telephone calls, written correspondence, and data processing.
- Provide support and guidance to Customer Contact Agents to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Conduct quality monitoring and provide objective feedback to staff and management to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of improved systems, processes, and procedures to enhance our services.
- Collaborate with performance coaches to ensure relevant and up-to-date training is delivered to staff.
- Identify functional gaps and develop strategies to improve service delivery.
- Support performance management procedures to ensure our services meet the highest standards.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous coaching and feedback experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
