Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team at Leonid Group Ltd. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with previous experience in R&D tax and innovation incentives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging and closing new business, leveraging their existing network to hit and exceed KPIs. With full autonomy, you will build your own portfolio and develop client opportunities.

This position requires a strong understanding of the R&D industry and exceptional communication skills to guide clients on their claim extent. Experience in core sectors such as agriculture, construction, and software is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deliver presentations to C-Suite Executives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and business development experience in the R&D market
  • Strong existing contact book within relevant industries
  • Able to self-generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Salary and Benefits:

£30,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a market-leading commission and bonus structure. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave, company pension contributions, and enhanced parental leave.
