Business Development Manager

CHASE is recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their team in the UK. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and revenue in the Musculoskeletal sector.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. You will also be expected to work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective account plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, including identification, prioritization, and development of account plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including decision-makers and influencers
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop strategic plans to capture these opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective account plans
- Monitor and report on sales performance, and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Strong business development skills, with experience in the Pharmaceutical or MedTech industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
An annual salary of £60,000-£75,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including bonus scheme, pension plan, and professional development opportunities.
