Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Novo Executive Search. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of bids, proposals, and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver bids, proposals, and tenders that meet customer requirements and specifications
  • Coordinate bid activities and ensure timely delivery
  • Review and interpret customer requirements to ensure optimal benefit to the business
  • Oversee a small team of Estimators

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in bidding processes
  • Experience within the HVAC or related engineering marketplace
  • Literate in finance and commercial aspects of estimates, tenders, and bid delivery
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
