About the Role
This exciting role offers a salary of $25.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will work closely with a high-energy team to cultivate the skills and expertise needed to succeed in all aspects of our business. You will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing our large inventory of world-class vehicles, generating new business leads, and fostering existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts
* Manage our large inventory of world-class vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
* Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships
* Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred
* Results-oriented, attention to detail, and good time management skills
* Valid driver's license required, willingness to drive Penske vehicles
