Business Development Professional

As a Trainee Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the woodworking or offsite sectors. Through ongoing learning and mentorship, you will gain both technical knowledge and sales experience, enabling you to understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and support the sales process under the guidance of experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical guidance and learn about product
• Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and contribute to revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups while learning from customer interactions
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong interest in sales, technical support, or engineering roles, preferably in the machinery or woodworking sector. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in IT software and a willingness to learn industry-specific tools. Additionally, they will be comfortable with travel nationally and internationally as part of their development to meet with customers and suppliers.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
