Job Description

Gazelle Professional Recruitment Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Training and Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the company's training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to clients.

Your primary objective will be to work with learners to achieve their qualifications, which includes delivering Institute of Leadership and Management levels 3 and 5. You will also be required to study for professional training qualifications and learn about the science behind training and the skills needed to help your cohort of learners achieve their qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. A management or business qualification to level 5 or above is essential, as well as experience managing projects or possessing formal project management qualifications.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
