About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Snowdonia. This is a permanent position working with one of our key clients on a £300M project for the next five years.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with the Project Director and Project Managers across the project providing fundamental support to the project and team. You will oversee the management and quality reporting processes and systems, ensuring compliance across relevant documents, assisting with planning stages and document control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement company and client Quality Management Systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding any Quality issues.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and measurement systems.
  • Conduct quality audits on sites, suppliers & consultants.
  • Establish & build quality control systems and implement across site.
  • Develop training programmes and ensure training is conducted to the correct individuals.
  • You will have experience within a similar role with a large civil engineering/infrastructure project.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of BIM legislation and regulations, as well as industry best practice.
  • Membership of the Chartered Quality Institute or institution of Civil Engineers.
