About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Development Manager to join our team at PRINCES.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic brand plans, driving growth and innovation.
You will work closely with the Brand Team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to drive brand growth. You will also be responsible for managing allocated brand spend and ensuring consistent delivery of brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of long-term strategic brand plans aligned to the Group Business Plan process.
- Manage allocated brand spend to achieve maximum ROI.
- Use data and insight to inform strategic planning and drive brand growth.
- Monitor metrics and brand health to ensure consistent delivery of brand objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in brand management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
