We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Spirits Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Atom Group.

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a passion for sales development and a strong understanding of the spirits industry, we encourage you to apply.

As a Senior Spirits Sales Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving distribution, visibility, and rate of sale of our core Maverick brands across the North West Region. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external RTM Sales Managers to uncover new opportunities and establish robust ROS plans.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Maintain existing account relations while creating new business opportunities across the North West Region.
  2. Identify business building opportunities, understanding Net Revenue and Margin contributions per brand, to grow out suitable investment plans.
  3. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to assist in building appropriate support plans for core Maverick lines.
  4. Use your expertise in the craft spirits category to facilitate decision making and product ranging.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrative experience of quality Account Management within the Spirits industry.
  • Experience of new business development within the On-Trade and Wholesale sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK spirits business, including brands, venues, trends, and innovation.
  • Strong numeracy, language, and negotiation skills.
  • Educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent.
