About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Page Personnel Sales team in Liverpool City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing sales team, driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure each member reaches their full potential.
- Sales Process Optimisation: Oversee lead generation activities, ensuring high-quality leads are fed to Area Sales Managers.
- Performance Management: Foster a culture that values quality and transparency, focusing on positive sales outcomes over purely quantitative metrics.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to the business's growth objectives by developing the internal sales function to support the expansion of the field sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align inside sales activities with broader business objectives.
What We Offer:

Benefits:
