About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Page Personnel Sales team in Liverpool City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing sales team, driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure each member reaches their full potential.
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Oversee lead generation activities, ensuring high-quality leads are fed to Area Sales Managers.
  • Performance Management: Foster a culture that values quality and transparency, focusing on positive sales outcomes over purely quantitative metrics.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to the business's growth objectives by developing the internal sales function to support the expansion of the field sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align inside sales activities with broader business objectives.


What We Offer:

Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on training needs and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales management, ideally within financial services, banking, or asset finance.
  • Demonstrable success in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Passionate about the sales process, with a people-focused approach that values quality over quantity.
  • Understanding of SME markets and B2B sales.
