Business Growth Strategist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Mallusk, Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our Land Freight division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, collaborating with internal teams, and leveraging your expertise to impact business growth and market presence.
**About the Company:** Our client is a leading road freight network in Europe, supported by over 400 offices across the continent. Their UK operations feature daily departures from key terminals and a dedicated fleet for collection and delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales performance and improve win rates.
**Requirements:**
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and onboarding major new clients.
- Solid understanding of the European Road Transport sector, including Customs Clearance processes and Incoterms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and identify valuable business opportunities.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage client relationships and sales processes effectively.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate confidently with clients and team members.
- High-level negotiation skills and commercial insight to support business profitability.
