We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at VANRATH. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with a focus on expanding our client base within the construction and civils industry.

Job Description:
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers in the construction and civils sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage new clients and expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services and offerings with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the company. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction and civils industry, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
