">VANRATH is delighted to be assisting a prestigious Modern Company in NI and Ireland with the recruitment of a Business Development Specialist. This is a permanent position based in Glengormley - Newtownabbey, offering a salary of £35,000 + bonus and significant progression opportunities.

Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a relevant field (not essential)">
- Proven track record in business development, ideally within the construction and civil engineering industry (specific industry experience not essential)">
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills">
- Willingness to travel as needed">
