Reactive Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth in the construction and civil engineering sectors.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in telesales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B sales environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible start and finish times, private healthcare, and a quarterly bonus scheme.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through targeted sales calls
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to business revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in telesales, preferably in a B2B sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
