Role Overview

The Deputy Store Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and driving business results.

Your main responsibilities will include setting a spectacular example for the store team and customers, independently managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, and leading and inspiring the team to fulfill their potential every day using our Leadership & Company Principles.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, which includes a generous benefits package including 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) and a pension scheme.
