Job Description:

We are seeking a Deaf Education Professional to join our team at the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Cochlear Implant Programme, you will provide specialist support to profoundly deaf children, adolescents, and adults who use cochlear implants.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with local medical and educational professionals to deliver support to patients and their families.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage your own caseload and participate in the service delivery of speech and language intervention to patients within the Cochlear Implant Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist support to profoundly deaf children, adolescents, and adults
  • Manage your own caseload and participate in service delivery
  • Work closely with local medical and educational professionals

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
