Key Responsibilities:
- Developing supportive relationships with clients
- Supporting clients in independent skills
- Providing emotional support
- Developing personalized plans
- Maintaining a professional service
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in British Sign Language
- Knowledge of the deaf community and mental health issues
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or the care certificate
- Minimum of Level 2 British Sign Language
- Understanding of sensitive data handling
- Safeguarding knowledge and experience working with vulnerable groups (desirable)
