Disability Support Professional

Creative Support Careers is looking for a skilled Relief Support Worker to provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex learning disabilities and physical health needs in Swinton. As a key member of our team, you will work flexibly, including weekend shifts and waking nights, to deliver high-quality support that promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing.
About the Position
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. Your primary responsibility will be to provide respectful personal care, practical, and emotional support to service users. You must have experience working with individuals with complex needs and a strong understanding of re-enablement principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals.
Benefits and Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
