Care Support Professional

At Creative Support Ltd, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Care Support Professional to join our team in Coppull, Chorley.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, individualised support to adults with learning disabilities, physical needs, and support needs. You will work at our supported living service, promoting independence and achieving outcome-focused goals within person-centered plans.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to develop warm and trusting relationships with service users. You will be required to work in a flexible manner, including evenings and weekends.
We offer a competitive salary of £50 per hour, as well as benefits such as a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days' leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
Key Responsibilities:- To ensure that all service users receive high-quality support, meeting their individual needs and preferences.
- To provide mentorship and guidance to the staff team, promoting effective service delivery.
- To support the management of service delivery, ensuring that service users' needs are met effectively.
