At Amazon, we're looking for a seasoned Cloud Solutions Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Solutions Management organization, you'll lead a pre-sales team that guides AWS customers through their cloud journey. Your expertise will help drive strategy, improve customer engagement, and foster growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to ensure customer success in their cloud journeys.
- Coach Customer Solution Managers in skills needed to lead teams, manage cadence, and help customers work backward.
- Develop high-value customer-facing guidance and best practices through whitepapers, data sheets, and other materials.
- Build relationships with decision-makers within customer accounts to enable them to be cloud advocates.
- Act as a liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of large-scale IT deployment/migration program experience.
- 10+ years in a technology role like infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider.
- Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services.
