Director of Customer Experience

We are seeking an experienced Director of Customer Experience to join our team in Charlton Riverside, Greenwich, London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional operational standards, customer engagement, and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction by delivering a world-class customer experience, every visit, every time.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team, promoting a positive work environment, and coaching staff to understand the importance of continuous improvement.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure all activities are carried out correctly and efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Passion for Wellness: Share our passion for wellness and the difference it can make in customers' lives.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a strong ability to build relationships quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Have meticulous attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver high-quality results.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.
