This new position will be instrumental in driving engagement, growing revenue, and increasing customer lifetime value. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive direct-to-consumer marketing strategy, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions
  • Create targeted customer journeys across all products and services, resulting in maximum LTV
  • Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and audiences, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Manage customer data and CRM system, effectively segmenting the database for targeted marketing messages
  • Own and implement the marketing budget, providing regular reporting and visibility of results
Requirements

A minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, with a proven track record in successful campaign delivery

Core understanding of content performance metrics and ability to use analytics tools to drive decision-making

Excellent communication and project management skills, with a passion for emotional and mental wellbeing

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £65-70k per annum, dependent on experience

A hybrid working model, with 2 days spent in our office on Chancery Lane and access to other office spaces within the group
