About the Role

The Customer Experience Director will lead a team of customer experience specialists to design, implement, and measure initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will work closely with our store leaders to develop and execute plans that align with our company's goals and objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize customer experience.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
