We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Caretaker to join our team at Saha. As a Caretaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including gardening and decorating
- Respond promptly to repair requests and undertake necessary repairs and maintenance
- Collect and deliver items to and from the property as required
- Ensure the exterior area of the property is well-maintained, including planting, lawned areas, and paths
We are looking for a candidate with experience in cleaning, gardening, and maintenance. You should be proactive, self-motivated, and have a can-do attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with residents, colleagues, and external contractors.
