Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Operations Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Students. As a key member of our Accommodation Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of student accommodation, including room allocations and maintenance requests.
  • Collaborate with the Accommodation Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving student satisfaction and retention.
  • Supervise and support a team of General Assistants and Caretakers, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Assist with the debt recovery process and develop relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, supporting the delivery of high-quality accommodation or customer service.
  • NVQ3 in a relevant area, such as business administration or customer service.
  • Experience of providing administrative support services and using a residential booking system.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
