Lead Caretaker Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Caretaker to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will be responsible for leading the site team and ensuring the effective operational function of the caretaking service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the site team with efficiency and professionalism
  • Ensure the most effective operational function of the caretaking service at all times
  • Work as a key part of the Facilities team and work well on your own
  • Arrange cover for other team members when off on annual leave/sickness etc
  • Maintain the building as per contractual obligations
  • Provide typical caretaking/handyman duties to the building and oversee works as Site Manager
  • Provide strong support to the site team and the Facilities Manager
  • Manage the PPM process on site level including carrying out PPMs and completing paperwork and uploads
  • Carry out regular site inspections to maintain quality control
  • Carry out stock checks and be responsible for the ordering of required stock
  • Maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS required
  • Shift work required on occasion
