Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • QTS status
  • Previous SEN experience in primary or secondary school environment
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Experience of complex needs including PDA and Autism
  • Excellent relationships with school team and pupil parents
  • Closely work with SENCO
  • Strong resilience and patience
