Teaching Assistant for SEN Pupils

Are you an experienced and passionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge? Do you have what it takes to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils? We are currently seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our team in a special school in South Birmingham.
The successful applicant will have at least 6 months of experience as a HLTA in a SEN setting and be able to provide support to primary pupils aged 5-11 years with various needs, including cognition and learning, speech, language and communication, physical, sensory, and medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide educational support to pupils with complex needs
- To develop and implement individualised education plans in collaboration with teachers and other staff members
- To promote independence, communication, and social skills in our pupils
The salary for this position is around £45,000 per annum.
