We are seeking a passionate and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in a resource base provision within a Primary School in North Birmingham. The successful candidate will have previously worked in a SEN school setting or provision and have experience with special needs, challenging behaviour, and personal care assistance.

The role is a Full-Time position starting in January 2025, with a duration of the rest of the academic year. The successful candidate will be required to register and have passed all safeguarding/vetting checks with Prospero Teaching in order to fill this vacancy.

Job Description

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting children with complex needs, providing individualized support and interventions, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Salary and Benefits

The minimum rate of pay for this role is £86.40 per day (full-day rate), with opportunities for continued professional development and career growth.
