Experienced Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled teaching assistant to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in a Birmingham primary school setting. As an HLTA, you will provide critical support to students, especially those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering lessons, focusing on students with SEN
- Deliver effective interventions for students with learning difficulties
- Manage classrooms effectively during PPA time
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Level 4 or HLTA qualification
- Proven experience working with children with SEN
- Valid Enhanced Child DBS check
Salary Estimate: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum
