About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team at a specialist school in Birmingham. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the unique needs of our KS3 students. Your primary goal will be to promote academic achievement, social growth, and emotional well-being in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess QTS status, previous SEN experience, and a proven ability to manage challenging behaviors. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and pupils.

This position offers a salary range of £25-£32 per hour, providing a competitive income for qualified teachers committed to providing exceptional education to students with special needs.
