Customer Experience Manager

Smiggle is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor to lead our store team in Poole, UK.
This role requires a strong leader who can create a positive and inclusive store environment, while driving sales and improving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the store team, as well as monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes 50% off Smiggle products, plus other perks like paid holidays and sick leave.
