At Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, we're seeking a Customer Experience Manager to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction in our stores. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing a medium to large in-store team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive work environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall shopping experience.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of customer-facing colleagues, providing coaching, training, and developmental opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Customer Experience Managers and store leaders to share best practices, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth.
