Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the central point of contact for any complaints coming into the business. You will investigate these from start to finish, ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

The complaints will be email and telephone based, where you will evaluate them accordingly and make sure guidelines and processes are adhered to. Additionally, you will analyse data and report any trends to improve the customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Complaints experience is desirable; however, the business can be open to customer service experience. An excellent telephone manner, strong commitment to client care, and passion for the customer experience are essential requirements for this role.
