Job Summary:
As a Business Development Associate at Rentokil Initial, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our Key Accounts. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our Key Account Managers, Area Support Managers, and local cell teams to ensure seamless customer service.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills and experience in account management, customer service, and team collaboration. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, monitoring customer accounts through OnGuard and CCM, and maintaining customer websites. You will also be responsible for answering customer calls and raising CCM tickets, as well as providing front-line colleague support. In addition, you will assist with annual contract renewals with the Key Account Management Team and update KAM/Sales Colleagues on job/contract numbers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer complaints in a positive and timely manner.
  • Monitor customer accounts through OnGuard and CCM.
  • Annual contract renewals with Key Account Management Team.
  • Maintain customer websites.
  • Answer customer calls and raise CCM tickets.

Front Line Colleague Support:
  • Monitor and update customer websites.
  • Update KAM/Sales Colleague with job/contract numbers.
  • Create and reset user details for field colleagues.

Requirements:
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages.
