Salary
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Claims team in Leeds, working on a Permanent (Hybrid) basis. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving Employee Liability/Personal Injury claims while ensuring fair treatment of customers. You will work closely with the Claims Team Leader, flagging complaints when needed, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Claims Portfolio to support underwriting and claims decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess great investigation skills, good communication skills, and enjoy building strong relationships to support others. Experience dealing with policy coverage and ability to use MS office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential. Additionally, you must have a passion for contributing to QBE's vision of enabling a more resilient future for our customers and the community.
