About the Role



The Strategic Account Growth Manager is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing client relationships and driving business growth. As the senior point of contact, you will be the primary liaison between our company and the client, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee one or more account teams to deliver operational excellence and meet budgeted profit targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day client relationship, including regular communication, issue tracking, and resolution.
  • Analyze account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and expand service offerings.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve budgeted profit targets and ensure financial performance meets expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and metrics to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct diagnostic meetings with clients to audit processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide input for Quarterly Business Review (QBR) content and participate in client feedback programs to monitor satisfaction levels.


Requirements



To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or project management.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in creative production or sourcing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Experience working with billing cycles, accounts receivables, and project management technology.
  • Demonstrated ownership and management of one or more Profit & Loss Statements (P&Ls).

Salary Range



This role offers a salary range of $145k - $160k per annum, dependent on location, experience, and job-related factors.
