Strategic Account Growth Manager

Bidvest Noonan is a leading provider of cleaning services across the UK and Ireland, with a team of 27,000 passionate and customer-focused people. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team in London.
About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving strategic account objectives, delivering exceptional service and value to customers, and driving business growth through innovation and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage performance to achieve key KPIs and benchmarks
- Ensure robust adherence to contract HSQE requirements
- Innovate and improve the contract through its life cycle
- Focus on customer service, procurement, quality, and contract management
- Motivate and develop the contract team to deliver excellent service
- Champion staff development and ensure training and induction are conducted
- Monitor and manage targets set for the Contract Management team
- Ensure site supervision/management utilise timegate systems correctly
- Attend to disciplinary and grievance issues as per company procedures
- At least three years of cleaning industry experience within the bus/public transport sector
- Experience of managing staff and budgets is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential
- Driving licence required
