About This Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Gloucestershire Social Work Professional. As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to support families and communities in the Gloucestershire area. You will be part of a supportive and positive working environment with regular, robust supervision.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,000-£52,000, depending on experience. The role also includes additional benefits such as a welcome payment of £4,000, annual retention payment of £2,000, up to £8,000 relocation package, flexible and agile working opportunities, and 25.5 days annual leave rising to 30.5 days after 5 years continuous service.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to support families and communities in the Gloucestershire area.
  • Be a senior member of the team.
  • Participate in regular, robust supervision.
  • Be registered with Social Work England
  • Have a recognised qualification in Social Work
  • Have completed your ASYE year (if you qualified after 2012)
  • Holding a full driving licence and willingness to drive
  • Possess DBS clearance
