About the Role

We have a full-time position available for a Senior Social Worker to work closely with a range of professionals and more senior managers to ensure a balance of support and independence is achieved.

The successful candidate will provide expert social work practice in complex situations, assessing and managing higher levels of risk. This role offers the perfect next step in your career, providing more challenge and complexity without added management responsibility.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have a social work qualification, be SWE registered, and have completed your ASYE programme with at least 2 years post-completion service.

You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for promoting people's strengths, and possess up-to-date knowledge of legislation and credible approaches to practice.

Prioritizing using a risk-based approach is also essential for this position.
