Leaders in Care is seeking a dedicated Social Work Professional to join our team. As a Children Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people of Gloucestershire.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is up to £8,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including flexible working opportunities and a generous annual leave package.

Job Description

You will be working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to provide support and protection for those in need and at risk. This includes building positive relationships with families, identifying areas of concern, and developing effective intervention strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full registration with Social Work England as a qualified social worker
  • A recognised qualification in social work
  • A full driving licence and willingness to drive
  • DBS clearance
