About the Role

Russell Publishing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales and business development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase sales revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the media and publishing industry. You will be a strategic thinker, able to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver client campaigns and meet revenue targets
