Senior Business Development Manager

Russell Publishing is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the B2B media and publishing industry.

We operate a hybrid working policy, with 2 days a week in the office, and require a vehicle for commuting due to our location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase sales
  • Facilitate and set up meetings via Teams or at external conferences and events
  • Issue campaign performance reports to clients
  • Record all client information and follow processes within our CRM
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets on allocated brands
  • Attend relevant exhibitions and conferences with international travel
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or publishing, media, sponsorship, or delegates sales
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and use of CRMs
  • Networking and building effective relationships
  • Time management, punctuality, planning, and meeting deadlines
  • Commercial awareness
