About the Role

Russell Publishing is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate revenue through sales of print, digital, event, and conference products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase sales
  • Facilitate and set up meetings via Teams or at external conferences and events
  • Issue campaign performance reports to clients
  • Record all client information and follow processes within our CRM
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets on your allocated brand
  • Attend relevant exhibitions and conferences with international travel
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and use of CRMs
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Time management and commercial awareness
