About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our administrative team as a dedicated support assistant. The role involves interacting with students, staff, and parents/carers, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the school team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assisting with student admissions, attendance, and other related tasks
  • Communicating effectively with parents/carers, students, and staff members
  • Maintaining accurate records and files

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English grade C/4 or above
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
