Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic care home setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism within the care team
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement personalized care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Coach and mentor colleagues, promoting best practices and continuous learning
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality care

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a leadership role or as a team leader, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • High level of self-motivation, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care, upholding values, and embracing evidence-based practice
