Job Summary:
Timreed is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a clinical leadership role. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our team of healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experiences
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing
- Current registration as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
