The Job

We are seeking an experienced Resident Care Supervisor to join our team at one of our locations in Croydon. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise your shift to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Manage resident cases and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer and record medication as required.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

What You'll Need

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
